GIF 2D animation

Hello freelancers, i am looking for 2D artist / GIF image animator to recreate and improve the logo image provided. Image should have dynamic shifting of green letters (similar to the scene from the movie Matrix), and the image itself should be redrawn if possible from scratch with some adjustment and artists personal touch (more realistic rather than too cartoony). Below is attached image of the logo i am looking for, basically there is no need of much deviation from the image already shown, other than being more dynamic in all aspects and higher quality. Ideally the resolution should be as high as possible in aspect ratio of 16:9 or 21:9. If you have any similar work in your portfolio it is big plus to make quicker decision to using your service.
