I need a very simple web app to show a client an idea we have. This is not going to be used and is for a one time demo so basic deployment is fine. You will need to have experience accessing the android tablet camera via web, reading a barcode then extracting the numbers. Once this is done it should be saved and also emailed to a fixed address. I don’t really mind how you put this together so you can use any of the free libraries out there for functionality. It needs to be presentable but happy to use bootstrap / tailwind as a framework to make it look decent. This is a really quick project and will only take someone experience a couple of hours, I need this ready for tomorrow so please don't bid if its all new to you or you can't start now. Budget it $60 , Please do not bid more as its not available

I can make a BR Code reader in native android and if you have a web, I can manage it with webView as well. I have the sample projects just like this and Prefer native approach. to discuss more feel free to contact. I will make a native demo for just 60$ I will never send data to server via native android if needed. I also have expeiance in working with webview camera provided that webView is ready. I even know web libraries for the webView.
