IoT Smart LED grow light

I’m working on an ‘Internet of Things’ garden planter. I’m looking for someone to design the electrical part of the project. You need to choose the appropriate LEDs for growing plants. The product needs to be WiFi controlled. It must also run on 12V as the product will be sold in different markets around the world. The mass production of the part will need to meet our target price. It will also need an accompanying APP, at this moment it will only require a timing function. That is to turn the lights on and off for the perfect amount of time for the plants to grow. I will be designing the user interface and graphics of the app. I only need an app for ios at this stage. I’m industrial designer and have the 3D modelling skills, most of the product is designed. I’m just looking for the appropriate engineer to work with. In the future, extra functions will be added to the app, so there should be extra work related to this project on an ongoing basis.
