Finish off mobile application android/woocommerce

I need someone to optimise an android app that has been fully built. The application had been developed my a team of programmers however they could never fix the slow performance and choppy lag when fetching apis. The mobile app is connected to a Wordpress website and uses PhantomJs as the headless browser. Apis are also fetched from a plugin and not through conventional woocommerce api. I need a developer who is able to communicate when required and is able to provide active feedback on ideas and suggestions. I would also like to see a few examples of mobile apps that have been worked on. ** Worklist ** 1. Optimise speed on app Speed is not acceptable to the standard of our business and to the level we require. 2. Preload important stuff. I need to have code preloaded just beforehand For example (login layout) Preload home fragment while user is logging in so there is no lag or stutter once user has been authenticated. 3. Design improvements, I need someone who is able to offer input and expertise in designing certain layouts 4. Maintenance. To which ever team accomplish this Our business will happily pay monthly afterwards to help ensure we have technical backup at hand, —————————————————————— **before bidding** 1. Cannot start mobile app from scratch We have a deadline for January however we are trying to achieve a fully fledged mobile app for Christmas - this will not be possible. 2. We need examples Please do not bid unless you have several mobile apps using Wordpress/woocommerce which you can showcase - we need a knowledgable and technical team who is able to assess and correct issues effectively 3. Great communication We require people who can speak and communicate effectively as we may hold conference calls to ensure targets are being hit, As well as this we require someone who is able to understand and offer technical input on suggestions to what you may think is acceptable. 4.
