Activated Google Adwords Accounts

Hello, I am looking to buy a couple adwords accounts. The adwords account must be as following. 1. The adwords account must be verified Adwords accounts and pre activated account (already charged $US100 voucher. 2. The account must be working 3. The Method of billing in the account must be 'Prepay billing' and the Form of payment must be 'Credit Card' 4. The currency set in the account must be USD 5. The account will be tested by the buyer 48 hours to see if the ads are really running before making payment. Any account, which ads stop running before first 48 hours will not be paid. 7. The accounts will be checked to see that new ads will run and that the account has not been banned or suspended. 8. Please let me know how old the accounts are since activated. 9. Please let me know if the accounts come with any vouchers activated and the amount. If you can't follow the mentioned requirement above please do not bid.
