Bookkeeping and accounting for small business

I run a law firm. We need support: 1. Balancing the books; and 2. Preparing profit/loss statement and balance sheet. Potentially will also need in the future support handling matters we are doing ourselves, such as: 1. Reconciling banking information with our own ledgers; and 2. Tax planning. To get a sense of the workload, we have three "IOTA" trust accounts (one of which is presently inactive), two operating checking accounts, one business savings account, one credit card with two authorized users, a PayPal account, a WeChat wallet and petty cash. You will be a good fit for this work if you have strong knowledge of accounting generally, familiarity with US taxation, and at least 10 hours available (though the actual time may vary) in the next 5 days due to some immediate need given US tax season, at a reasonable price.
