Employee Profile • Like Employee ID,Name,Surname,Date of Birth, Date of Joining, Location,Department,Contact Details,Leave Details,Pay Details • When the leave is processed it should have option to adjust the Daily clocking • In pay Details it should give the option of specifying whether the employee is Paid Monthly Salary or Paid based on Working Hours. Also there should be option of shoosing to pay Overtime 1 and Overtime 2 (OT1&OT2) • Also other basic details like Banking Details, Pay mode ,option to Terminate etc 2. Collect /Import Data • Ability to collect Clocking Data from Access Database File for the specified Period with the option of deleting clocking data from the source • To create New Form which will allow the employee to clock by means of barcode scanning 3. Amend Clockings • Option of Add/Edit/Delete Employee clockings • Option to do the above in grid mode for All Employee for Particular Date or Specified Period Single Employee • This window Should also show the Daily Hrs Worked 4. Bulk Clockings • This option is to allow Clocking for Employees for Holidays /System Break down • Option to clock for All,Based on Dept and Location 5. Pay Rate, Calendar and Shift Setup • Pay Rate This option is to config (OT=Overtime) OT1,OT2,OT3 ,How it is multiplied with Normal Rate • Calendar This option is to config Starting and Ending Dates for the Payroll Month for the whole Year • Shift Setup • Setting UP Day Shift, Night Shift ,Shift ABC etc • Shift should specify week days and Weekends Starting and Ending time ,Break Hrs • Should also be able to specify like Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 8: to 13:00 as Normal, and anytime worked after this Hrs as OT1(Over time 1) and Sunday the week off Day if worked as OT2 • Grace Minutes for Starting and leaving Work to be used for Daily Hrs Rounding • The above is an example plse see Screen attached 6. Reporting • Late Comers Report • Absenteeism Report • Clock Error Report (Employees who didn’t clock either while Coming or Going) • Times Report with hours worked in the following Format Single employee for the Specified Period, Group of employee filtered by All, Department and Location • Detail Working Hours ,Overtime Report in the above Format after Daily Rounding 7. General System Requirements Like User Profile, Access Rights, Archiving, Backup, Printing etc Payroll Requirements • It should have the General Payroll Features • It Should use the Summary of Working Hrs from the Attendance System with the option to add/Edit and Delete • Leave Management • Flexibility of creating Salary Heads, Salary Formulae, creating own Salary Structures • Preferably to have system in such a way we create a new Transaction file for every payroll Month
