Dicom transfer/recieve application

PHASE 1: (in this phase, we want an Alpha release, once an acceptable AR is demonstrated, we will move onto Phase 2: Beta) a small foot-print application that will receive dicom images, Store them, then send selected patients to a selected destination, burn CD's of a selected patient or patients, ability to attach a report to a study, ability to do encryption between 2 copies of this software. We had a similar application created but the developer has disappeared and the source code is not available. A full version with license will be given to work from. We would like the same thing, but with some enhancements: Encryption end-end current software is limited to 3 destinations (increase to 6) currently when the software is trying to send and receive at the same time it crashes! Better logging nicer interface ability to run in backround as a service. ## Deliverables Dicom Knowledge and experience is a MUST.
