I need a calculator that will run on Windows XP and directly from a flash-drive or desktop with no installation required and no admin rights needed. Calculation is to show the average wage a person earns for a specific period based on their Year To Date earnings and how many times they have been paid.
Need several fields:
Employment begin date: (text field, mm/dd/yyyy)
Paid how often: (drop down)
Year To Date Earnings: (text field)
Upon submitting the "Calculate" button the results will display:
> Average Weekly Earnings: $ (Show result in **BLUE**)
> Average Bi-Weekly Earnings: $ (Show result in **BLACK**)
> Average Monthly Earnings: $ (Show result in **RED**)
> Average Bi-Monthly Earnings: $ (Show result in **GREEN**)

Results: need to show the average earnings for each of the described results based on the criteria entered.
* Weekly: A person gets paid every week, for example every Friday
* Bi-Weekly: A person gets paid every other week, for example, every other Friday
* Monthly: A person gets paid once per month, for example the first day of every month
* Bi-Monthly: A person gets paid 2 times per month, for example on the first and fifteenth of every month
