Create stciky notes work-alike useing blog as db c#### easy

Simple app which uses a private blog as a db It will connect to blog and put login info and Post what I want there Like sticky notes for win7 When I run app I can see list with all titles of posted notes when I click each one it shows me full text and options to edit / delete this post The text interface I can type / paste what I want including attachments / screenshots And click post and it will post it as a new post with current date etc? The next time I login to app it will show me all posts with that post first obviously With attachments it will login to my rapidshare account and upload file into specific folder then provide download link in the post , of course the app will wait for completed upload before posting the note , it will save the note/post locally until this is done will be useing google blogger [login to view URL] i also want some context menu's added when i select text there will be option copy to blog client when i select file same deal right click of course when i click file menu in browser and there will be option save webpage into blogger with these options it will open client and with added data i will fill in rest to post
