I'm looking for a c# program (VS 2008) to control the audio volume. When the maximum audio level is above a threshold, I want to reduce the volume. Is the maximum level below a level without interruption, I want to increase the volume. The control should toggle between the mode "reduce volume"/"increase volume". When the volume is summarized above/below the threshold for the defined duration you should set the target volume. To summarize/count the time the volume is above the threshold and the time the volume is below the threshold without an interruption. Clear this summarized duration when you toggle the mode. Is the duration set to 0, the switch has to be done without waiting for a summarized duration. When is checked "startup minimized", the application should start up minimized. Display the current maximum volume value. Update this every second. Save the settings when save button is set and load the settings on startup. I do not need a setup or menu. All volume values have to be in the same scale (e.g 0..100% or dB ). You have to test your application!
The values I want to set and save as a setting in a simple GUI:
current maximum volume: (update every sec.)
(reduce volume)
maximum volume: (the level has to be above this threshold)
duration [ms]:
target volume:
(increase volume)
maximum volume: (the level has to be continuous below this threshold)
duration [ms]:
target volume:
startup minimized: (checkbox)
Save Settings (button)
