Change Registry of Windows Explorer so a media files prompts the Save/Open Dialog Box

This program must be written in Visual Basic 6.0. The program will change the value or values needed so Windows Explorer doesn't automatically start playing a wmv file if a file with a wmv link is selected on the Internet. Our application requires the Save/Open Dialog to appear so the file can be saved instead of automatically playing. Any forms that are requried should be listed as frmMedia and any modules should be listed as modMedia. The source code must be deliverd and not other registry calls are to be included in the project. Only the registry call to allow the Save/Open dialog box to appear. This program must work on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 operationg systems.
