Customer Support for Romania - 1-2 hours daily/ done by a Native Romanian with experience with clients

We are looking for a Romanian to make quick calls to customers, who have placed online orders for our product. The purpose of the call is to ask the customers to confirm their orders and verify the delivery address. Some addresses are incomplete and the call person should ask the customer about the missing part and make correction. A report has to be delivered to our department by the Excel file with 50 orders and customer\'s details will be sent at 10.00 every day from Monday to Friday and should be received back with the result within 24 hours, or the next working day. The customers should be called between 9.30 and 18.30 Monday to Friday (European time). The call person choses the time of calling. When the customer doesn\'t answer the telephone, a second attempt should be made within 1 hour or more. The call person should be able to answer basic questions about the product or delivery, using the information from our website or FAQ script, provided by us. Skype account with credit will be provided. Approximate time burden: 1,5 hours for around 50 calls per day. Payment: EUR 0,25 per call. Money transfers are executed on weekly basis.
