CPA Frame - And Email Collect Script

I need an Iframes script made for cpa offers. Each offer is to collect ALL the information needed to complete the offer and forward the info to the secure form. Id also like each to include a php script to collect name and email address and save it to a text file log. Also I need to make sure that the checkout page is NOT showing the server IP as the one submitting the information but it needs to show the clients IP. Each iframed offer must fit cleanly on its landing page with nothing covered up or breaking out of frame.
