I use SAGE ACT Pro for our customer database and while some of the reports in ACT are great, they do not meet my needs.
What I require is for someone to amend a report that ACT currently has called "Sales Analysis by Record Manager" or create a new one that does the following ...
1) Shows the Total number of Opportunities that are Open / Closed Won / Closed Lost
2) Show the totals of the above in weekly results for each sales staff member I have.
Currently SAGE ACT Pro, offers me a report like this, but will not filter the report to show the results in weekly results. I have to manually create a report for each each week one at a time and this is just takes to long.
