Design me a Product/Toy

Hi I am a product designer, in need of an electrical engineer to help me prototype the electonics for a product idea of mine. The product is a two product device, a controller and a receiver. The controller will consist of 4 buttons which wirelessly control different output lights and sounds on the receiving device. The devices will be connected via a one way radio transmission. The same technology for radio controlled toys but at a much simpler level, so it is important that you are quite knowledgeable in radio transmitting and customizable electronics. I have already a simple working prototype that I have made using infra-red wireless control which I will show the chosen candidate in person. So it is important that you live with in London so that I am able to show you it and discuss further what I would like you to do. It should be a pretty fun toy project to work on and will be an on going project/product. Also if you have any background experience in the toy industry that will be an added bonus!
