The final program will include the following functionality: A powerfull, very user friendly screen for searching all that is known about the customer in a newly designed database See and post comments: This part of the screen shows previous remarks about the customer, and allows the adding of new ones. No removal or deletion allowed Customer history summary: 3 queries are done on the customer history. pre-defined thresholds are used to display a warning Visualize history details Pop up: Shows the customer operations in a date range Scan ID: This screen will allow the adding of digitized Identifications to the customer. Show referral: A sumary displays the number of refered customers, the detail allow the adding and deletion of customers to this customer list Customers report: Simple display of all the customer data in a report Analyze customer behavior: The objective of this screen is to update each customers black_list attribute.
