Create a Windows Batch File

I need a batch file / program that will do certain things to Windows. We have certain standards that we set our Windows environment. IE. All links (on the very top) on the Start Menu are deleted except "Windows Update" and 2 other internally specific links, the desktop icons are "Auto Arranged", all icons are deleted except certain ones, etc. The program will need to be specific to what version of Windows because there are slight changes based on that. I'm not sure I need to list all the specific standards here but I can say that there are less than 20. It would be additionally benefical if the program asked certain question during runtime. IE. "Do you want to install a virus scan?" and then it would go thru the steps to install our virus scan if "Yes". ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP Home, Xp Pro
