Contractor estimate forms

I have a spreadsheet that is currently being used by a construction firm to provide estimates, supply order form, sales commissions, contracts, etc. By entering information into 2 worksheets, the following are created: 1. Either a "Specialty Order Sheet" or "Standard Order Sheet" depending on form entries. 2. Either a "Specialty Pay Sheet" or "Standard Pay Sheet" depending on form entries. 3. Either a "Specialty Commission Sheet" or "Standard Commission Sheet" depending on form entries. 4. Either a "Specialty Material/Labor Cost Sheet" or "Standard Material/Labor Cost Sheet" depending on form entries. 5. Either a "Premium System Proposal" or "Standard System Proposal" depending on form entries. 6. A database/table must be included to have material costs that can be updated. I would like to create an installable program (should be all xp or Vista OS systems) that can be used in replace of the spreadsheet. Initially, this will be for one facet of the companies business. After succesful implementation of the first program, an immediate update will be bid to add the same capability for other aspects of the business. For example, the first phase is roofing and guttering... the next will be siding and windows... I will provide the existing spreadsheet to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Currently, this is running on Windows XP desktops/laptops. I would like it to be able to run on Vista also.
