Configure static IP address with Virtual PC Server

I have a Windows 2003 Server that serves a web database via the Apache Web Server, connected to one of the ethernet ports. The 2003 server has 2 ethernet network ports on the motherboard, and is given 2 static IP addresses on the Verizon FiOS network. I want to host a SECOND set of websites and have installed Virtual PC 2007 on that computer and set up a virtual PC with Windows XP Pro. I want to host these websites within the Virtual PC. I need help from someone experienced in configuring virtual servers so that I can get the second static IP address to run on the Virtual PC. Currently I'm getting an error message? The static IP address that was just configured is already in use on the network. Please configure a different IP address. ## Deliverables I would like to work with you on Netmeeting or some similar online collaboration tool and hopefully we can debug this configuration within an hour or so. Do you have experience for this type of stuff? What is your bid for this project?
