Application to add XIF data to .jpg + 15pix text area with text to same .jpg

1. The application should add EXIF information to .jpg files with a tabbed interface very similar to the following commercial application. <[login to view URL]> See the link below for a command line EXIF editor, but you must write your own code or use code sampes to do this. <[login to view URL]> 2. A check box called "Add visual attribution" needs to also be available. Near this check box needs to be choices for. --Sixteen background colors --Black or white text color --Font style --Text justification When the check box is checked the application must also create a duplicate of .jpg file that has an extra 15 pixels added to the bottom vertically. In these extra 15 pixes the copyright XIF field needs to be placed in graphical text. The duplicate file will be saved with _attrib added to the file name. On the left side of the window is a standard XP file browse list for .jpg files that can be of standard types list, thumbnail, etc. Choosing one or any number of files and selectign "Update" causes the text in the XIF fields edited a the right to be added to the each .jpg. If the "Add visual attribute" check box is selected another file is created in the same directory as the original as described in item 2 above. 4. The application should have an import option to import the EXIF informatoin from one single .jpg file. Please talk about the licensign of any third party .dlls or code components that manipulate .jpg images or EXIF information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
