Add Content As Scheduled To My Blogs

I have a network of blogs and would like to have a program that would allow me to enter my articles/posts into a folder for each blog and then tell the program to add an article from the folders to each blog that I choose and have to automatically add the new content on a scheduled basis, the program must have a way for me to enter the urls, login name, password, title of post, assign the correct folder to pull content from, how many pieces of content to pull at a time, date to post it,and the program should let me add/delete new blogs. The goal of the program is to alllow me to take the articles I have written and setup the program to automatically add the content to the correct blog on a automated schedule so I can spend more time developing content instead of going to each blog and having to enter everything each day. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I am not sure what would work better to have this running on the server or the desktop?, the server is a linux based setup with cpanel, and the desktop is running vista.
