convert 2d to 3d

i have an image a genral kind of image which has to be converted to 3d like the one in matlab where the 3d view can be rotated .the image is the one taken froma ccd camera and it has to be converted to 3d graphical view .please help also the code shuld be in visual basic . 2 once the image is converted to 3d view th enext part is if u click 2 points on teh image it should show a graph like the one seen in excel and aslo should give out the numbers behind the graph. dead line is febraury 6th ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform the program needs to run on windows plat form and the code should be in vb
