Debug existing program(repost)

We have a product called Rom Law.? It works fine on most computers but we have a problem with some computers who cannot create registration files to purchase the product.? We cannot duplicate the problem. We are seeking a designer who has the same problem so we can hire you to assist in the debug of the program. ## Deliverables We need someone who has installed the product.? It is a .net sql lite application.? XP or Vista. After installing the product you must go to product registration and then create a prepaid registration file. After this is created a screen will pop up and say that a file with your last name, the word register and today's date? will be located in your c drive.? If so the program is working just fine. If you get the complete message and file creation do not bid on the project. On the problem machines the message pops up and? states a file ".eri" has been created.? That is your last name, the word register and today's date WILL NOT BE in the file name and nothing will be located in your c drive.
