Design a Website Mockup

I want a website concept for a "Business Directory". The Company name is "SowetoCity". It is a local directory catering for Soweto, Johannesburg. Our tagline is "SowetoCity - The Peoples Business Directory". The website needs to be able to be updated using a CMS. Our CMS of choice is RapidWeaver. This is a big deal for me as I plan on rolling out the website concept/development through out the WHOLE of South Africa by 1 December 2014. +++++++++++++ The project/project files needs to be extensible, reliable and robust enough to handle 150000 unique user request to our application server. ++++++++++++++ Are you up for the challenge?
