  “It was great working with him but he has to understand that he needs patience and not rush people to approve things asap specially with a huge time zone difference. It's just not going to work and also can't be constantly asking for extra $$$. I understand he did a really great job, but when a project is already 75% more then it suppose to be by itself, just because you do it within my satisfactory timeline doesn't mean I'm willing to pay free money. No offense to him, he's really really great but just got to brush up on professionalism. Project was to be delivered within 8 hours and it was 80% of it, then it took 8 extra hours to get things sorted out, fixed, tweaked as many parts were forgotten about and many times over and over asked for extra $$. Honest opinion, I will hire him again, he's good and we can fix the other stuff :)”
