Custom Mail Merge

We need a mail merge program for window or an internal php web page(s) do the following. 1. user input an template file by loading a local file or upload the file to the web server on the same page. 2. user click scan, the program or web page will scan the template file and search for keywords. example: %%abc%% 3. user input an keywords file, program should scan to see if all the fileds matching the template. 4. program or web page will then match the #3's input file's header with the keywords found on the #1 and replace the data from the keywords file into the template and populated the out put files. example: template: this is a %%aaa%%, and it's going to be %%bbb%%, from %%ccc%%% to %%ddd%% will be %%eee%% input file: Col---A---B---C---D---E row1-aaa-bbb-ccc-ddd-eee row2-cat-fat-dog-cow-dik row3-dog-fat-cat-dik-cow it'll then export 2 files name *Template filename*001, 002, 003...etc remmeber that template and keywords files will be change, keywords quantity is depends on the template and not a fixed number. keywords prefix/suffix would be << and >>, if the input keywords file doesn't have enough keywords field, it should warm the user. Note: the whole process doesn't need to use file uploading program such as ftp or copy & paste file from one paste to other place. everything done on the program or the web page. we had other coder code made one similar but needed FTP upload version intraday and we expect this would be done within 4hrs of work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows php
