Client / Agents System

I need a system to distribute load amongst different agents #1.. a master client .. runs on unix (written in C or C++) for freebsd #2 agent(s) deployed on multiple servers .. agents will run code in a multi threaded manner (exemple) master client tells to all agents to mail I need to be able to handle large number of agents if needed.. i need to be able to put my own code in there as to what to do.. i prefer commands to be encrypted going form master to agents. we have over 300 domains. we have over 25 mailservers delivering different mail. technical support , general news , etc the problem is with over 5 million people using our services. we can't deliver our mail as we tought. meaning a email for the 10th is received on the 14th now getting an email on the 14th regarding sceduled downtime of the 10th is not really helping.. so i need a system to distribute the processe on different agents . Any questions would be gladly answered need to be able to add functions in clients newfunction() { blah } etc.. also need the fake ftp function to be multithreaded.. exemple open 1000+ at same time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform MASTER CLIENT :Freebsd, UNIX AGENTS: Freebsd, LInux,( Windows,if possible)
