Our application should perform dial-up connection to the RAS server running under Windows 2000. In order to do that, it has to automatically create dial-up entry without any user assistance. Our users will use only ISDN adapters for this connection and we have to always use BOTH ISDN B-channels. The problem is automatic creation of multilink Dial-up entries. We need a component of any kind (DLL, Delphi component, C++ class, ActiveX) with one main function: CreateDialUpEntry("Entry_Name", tel_num, user_name, password,...). This component should check if ISDN adapter is available, and then create multilink dial-up entry with requested name using ISDN adapter. It should work under following operating systems: Windows 98/ME, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP. This solution has to be independent of ISDN card type. Your solution does not necessarily have to use only dial-up and/or RAS API. Any other combination with use of TAPI,CAPI,... will be considered as well. If your solution can perform second channel connecting on-demand, it will be considered as a plus. Please note that solutions without support for Windows 98/ME will not be considered (implementation for other OSs is relatively simple).
