I have an application, written in C#, that implements IDeskBand. Currently, the user is required to turn the toolbar on manually after installation. I need an application that can activate the toolbar without user intervention and without using mouse/keyboard automation. I expect the application to work in two usage scenarios: 1. In the application installer, the installer would call the application after the toolbar has been installed to cause the toolbar to be activated. 2. In a corporate environment, it would run on startup for every user to activate the toolbar. In both instances, the application would be expected to launch, activate the toolbar, and then immediately close, leaving the toolbar active.
## Deliverables
The application must automatically activate a specific explorer toolbar, called BatteryBar, which can be downloaded from: [login to view URL] If there is a technical reason why a managed (C#) toolbar cannot be automatically activated programatically (without user intervention) then the coder will provide a workaround to activate the toolbar such as an unmanaged IDeskBand toolbar wrapper for the managed toolbar that can be automatically activated.
