desktop wallpaper - repost

We are running a server 2003 active directory domain. I have been asked to implement desktop wall paper across the organisation, but heres the catch: There are 2 wallpapers - one is to be applied as default to 'everyone'. The other only for a specific OU - Office in our case. If I link either wallpaper GPO to the parent domain - the wall paper roles out no problem to everyone (....so the GPO setup is fine). What I did was remove the linked GPO wall paper from the parent domain and applied each wall paper to a different OU. Wallpaper 1 linked to Office OU and Wallpaper 2 to Accounts (everyone else) OU. Wallpaper 2 roles out no problem in Accounts (everyone) OU. Wallpaper 1 give a blank blue screen in Office OU. Is this something you could fix??.
