Dear Sir, I have made several structural analysis in ANSYS and Abaqus standard. Last one was the analysis of a two stores buillding where the COMFLOR plates were analyzed (civil engineering). An other recent project was the simulation of a reinforced concreet slab. It does not matter which software you perefer. I am experienced in both. If you find the hourly rate high then please know that I do not insist on this price. If you order sufficient number of hours we can have a better agreement. I have done project previously like your project. If you will provide me 2d I will convert into 3d model in solid works 2014, or pro-E, and also make 2d drawing for manufacturing and BOM.
