I served in the United States Army as an Automated Logistical Specialist (92A). My duties included database entry and management, procurement, and operations. While deployed in Iraq, I was responsible for processing approximately five thousand transactions. Transactions for the shipment and reception of parts, equipment management reports, and evacuating and receiving work orders for various supplies. Including, but not limited to weapons, night vision devices, combat vehicles, and high dollar items having values in excess of $25,000.
I took it upon myself to ensure all jobs encountered got handled with the highest standards and professionalism. Demonstrated superior ability, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail. I was able to track and recover parts with a combined value of over $1.1 million dollars. This contributed to the overall success of my work section.
Upon my honorable discharge from service I choose to study Business, Economics, Computer Science, and Audio Engineering, at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. I have written many papers while at school based on various high-level concepts. Although I have not graduated yet, I am well on my way, having 155 of the necessary 180 credits required for my BA.
Being a disabled veteran, I have chosen to start my career as a Virtual Assistant, so that I may work in a way that best accommodates my disability, as well as provides a service I can excel in. I am a self-motivated, highly organized, quick learner
