Design and produce an HTML/PHP landing page with menu buttons, and one plain page.

Hi, I require : The site is for Writing Wills so a Legal and Professional feel must be achieved using colours and a feel of 'Quality and trust' for the user. 1) Create a colour scheme used throughout , working with colours in the logo (the logo is already designed - as attached) 2) 1 Landing page with horizontal menu items with Home, About, Wills, AfterWills, Partners , Contact buttons, and one plain page with navbar that I can use to add additional pages. 3) Landing page in HTML/PHP 4) Original Layout and design, no copy templates Landing page must be 870 pixels wide, can have a background colour. The logo header area will be 870 wide by 90. I must be able to produce extra pages from the landing page by changing the logo header and editing the text under the menu in the main page. You will source and provide all images and designs , I require you to do the original layout and design, not me. On handover I will require all source code, images, photoshop files and rights. This is a straight forward small project, so please bid accordingly. Thanks.
