Build a Website or make improvement on website already exist

first I need the new job inside the HRM application I bought the application and I will give it to the programmer how accept my offer . Second there some small detail about the work I attached (how to preview, the shape, the style), how to add/edit/show the data. Third about the attendance in HRM application, I need to add new method for how will insert new value, I need insert attendance for more than one employee and I need to insert number of day that the employee they came to work and number of day they don’t, this way increase my work comparing the old way that I need to insert on value for each action, because I will insert the attendance at the last day of the month. I need to choose multiple employee and select the month, year and insert number of day they attend and insert number of day they don’t. that’s it.
