I am getting dumps of two databases on a regular basis and they need to be ported into databases I can do queries against. I need this done at least once for now but want a program to do this automatically, I'd like the program to be in Python and the database I use to be Postgresql.

Regarding databases I have managed and configured large databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server). Which format are the dumps? What OS are you using for this project?
