Hi, JOB 1 is doable by using controls available as of Office 2007. If you expect to send this file to Word 2003 users - it's another story. Pls advise. Hello - JOB1 is something that I have not tried .. however .. can think of possibilities in acheiving this ..If not would a similar form in Excel be helpful .. it would be quick and offer more flexibility in getting this done quickly ... we can make sure if looks similar to the one you show .. ( If not, need to investigate this further that if can be done through macros within Word ) Microsoft you know has put much more limitations in the latest versions. JOB2 .. I can do in one day .. Your application form in PDF will be more robust and compatible to any system and any version of PDF.
