Tutor to help me study Multi Robot Intelligence

Hello, good afternoon, I am an electronics engineer, I plan to get a Masters Degree in the field of robotics to later acquire a PhD in the field of Artificial Intelligence for multiple robots. By now I can't take the time to study in an university, so I plan to study all the theory needed to later on take those studies with ease. What am I asking? I need someone, preferably a PhD in control, mechatronics, IA, or robotics to help me develop a plan of studies, and then counsel me to follow the plan accordingly. I'd be probably taking a couple of times per week to discuss the theory I study by myself with this person. (I'd pay these hours). If you think I may need additional help, you can let me know in your bid. My plan is to get the time to study over 1-2 years, so I need from you a plan of the online courses or books or subjects I will need to study sequentially to get to the final degree I want. I am asking this to check how qualified you are, and to talk or discuss all the details with the person with the better plan. The price can be discussed, you can reflect this in your bid, I don't mind to give a good payment to the qualified person.
