Design me 2 PCBs

Hi, We have two PCB's we would like designed, including certified bill of materials for each (one is a cut down version of the other). Designs must be in Altium. You must have demonstrable skills (send examples) with the following: Altium (design software) Electrical Engineering - specifically 100-240Vac applications Seeing design right through to manufacturing and future versions Can provide estimates on manufacturing (unit pricing of each PCB) Experience valued over location. The project details: (all components need to be certified for use in Australian market). The first PCB must include the following design/features: Input: 100Vac (50-60Hz) 15amp through 240Vac on an IEC C14 socket Output: 100Vac (50-60Hz) 15amp through 240Vac on an IEC C15 socket A relay in between the AC input/output. Relay needs to be driven with 3Vdc through 12Vdc with minimum current draw (3ma or less). Relay low voltage side needs to have at least 5300vrm separation from higher voltage [login to view URL] voltage needs to be transient [login to view URL] voltage relay access via terminal block. The circuit needs to have the option of soldering in (or leaving out) a 5Vdc: 3W, 5W or 10W power supply. The 5V needs to have high voltage separation, be compliant with Australian standards (re transformers, power safety and EMC). The 5Vdc is published as + and GND on terminal block (with other relay and current sensing inputs/outputs). DC power needs to be transient free. LED indicators - one red LED for power available on VAC input, and green LED for relay closed and VAC circuit relay engaged. The circuit needs all the regulatory safety features, including but not limited to: Overload protection Heat protection Board size is 3cm, 6cm - this is flexible - we're happy to see what you get. AC side MOV protection; The second PCB is a significantly cut down version of this with no 110vac/240vac inputs (replaced with 24V input/output relay). Discuss on awarding of project. You need to be on your game, know your compliance and best practices to reduce redesign effort, manufacturing costs etc. There are a few more small design features we'll pass on once the project is awarded.
