As from project name what I want is following : a super preamp with lowest components , no need for digital part , all analog part such as resistor , cap and opamps .. also the specification also , it should work with 3.3v and lowest current consumption with also lowest components ,,the freelancer should design and simulate the design , if it is ok , he need to order this components and test it , after half payment done , I need to build it in my side also to test it .. the budget is flexible as the project go

As we guess you need to digitize the sound signal, The ADC Reference voltages are 3.3V and probably 12 bit resolution. Hello Sir This should be really simple project I can do it in a few days. We can run some simulation on proteus, and i can make some breadboard testing for you. Hi, I have preamp circuit designs using ultra-low noise opamps, ill let you choose what opamp from the list below satisfy your goal according to supply voltage and current consumption OPA209 - noise(2.2nV/Hz^-2), consumption(2.5mA), minimum supply voltage(4.5V) OPA314 - noise(14nV/Hz^-2), consumption(0.15mA), minimum supply voltage(1.8V) LMV324 - noise(46nV/Hz^-2), consumption(0.41mA), minimum supply voltage(2.7V) OPA376 - noise(7.4nV/Hz^-2), consumption(0.76mA), minimum supply voltage(2.2V) I can design and test the circuit immediately, I can also layout the PCB in eagle with proper components positioning for maximum filtering to reduce the noise. Please indicate the minimum input voltage, desired maximum output voltage, signal orientation(inverting or non-inverting). If you will hire me, I can give the PCB layout design free service.
