Device Development - Create electronic scheme

Dear engineers, I need that you will create full electronic scheme for this device (see attached file). I also need that you will merge the sizes of the device (so if it will be too big its not effective). You need to know that the device will be connected to smartphones, so it has to be similar sizes like iPhone approx..
