I have over 35 years experience as an electronic design engineer, please see my profile for more details The current price and timescales are only place holders to allow me to communicate with you I can think of a couple of ways of possibly implementing this. The first is just to use a resistor chain to divide down the high voltages and then buffer with an op amp. The second method would be to use number of the isolating amplifiers ACPL-C870-000E each with their own DC/DC converter. Then all the signals would be at the same voltage level to feed into an ADC. However tee would still need some dividing down resistors although they could be very high values as the device has 1 GOhm input impedane. If this load is still to much than a differential amp could be used in front of the isolating amp to reduce loading to nAmps. I have done ADC programming on different microcontrollers like 8051, AVR, ARM etc., I know about analog hardware design also. i have worked with external ADC 0808 also. I assure you that you will get exact battery voltage with 99.99% accuracy.

Hi! This project is interesting for me. This task could be solved by using precision operational amplifiers, to create differential amplifier with required gain, this solution will provide an analogue voltage proportional to selected batteries voltage and not excid 3.3V with biased to common ground plane, you can connect them directli to ADC inputs via simple RC filter. Hi dear I have designed circuits and their PCB's for measuring up to 36 batteries in series for a BTS site, for their rectifier Panels backup.... Each battery is voltage is 12v.... I have also designed circuit to measure voltage of 4 batteries connected in parallel to a UPS... Here also each battery is 12v..... I know each and every thing on how to accomplish this task.... I know how to make formula and take out measuring ration for each battery connected in series or parallel.... In your case these are cells no problem the concept is same nothing to be changed......
