Design the PCB of a Dynamic QR Code display device on ePaper eInk

We need a person who can help to design a standalone hardware device that can: 1. display a QR Code on ePaper (ideally a 2.7") dynamically, the QR Code could be refreshed after a certain period of time. 2. can alter the QR Code generation logic with an external device (like a PC or Smart Phone), for example, the TEXT embeded in the QR Code and the refreshing sequence. Once the logic is altered, the device will be working standalone. 3. Power the device with one or two CR2450 lithium cell and the power consumption efficiency can let the device to operate for 6 months+ continuously without changing the battery. 4. the form factor of the final device should be very much alike a E PRICE TAG: [login to view URL] The awarded person should: 1. Provide full design spec and documents of this device including PCB design in order for mass production 2. The design will be verified by professionals and only will be approved if this is mass productionable. 3. Provide a workable prototype on this device (hardware cost could be reimbursed). 4. Provide a working prototype of software that can alter the generation logic of QR Code of the device. 5. Provide the source code of the software.
