Hi, I read your project description and the attached file. You need a system which can vary the voltage across a photovoltaic module and read the current. You are planing to use an MCP 4100 to vary the voltage. I can help you with this project. I have done several electronic projects in the past. You need to programming the Arduino to Controlling MCP4100 somehow to get suitable resistant to let you take variables reads of Current-Voltage characteristics of a Photovoltaic module , That's right !?
