I have a ready Word document (doc) 14000 words. I would like you to convert the original file to a file with a . mobi format which can be uploaded and read on Amazon kindle, kindle fire, kindle fire HD. Also, I need to have epub, and related html zipped file with working links, structure... I pay after I upload it to KDP (preview) and see that everything looks fine! And examine the epub file as well. I will provide you with PDF file of MS word doc and expect your conversion to look exactly similar to that, and I expect you after conversion is done, to compare it to the PDF file and not to try to use me as your partner to tell you where you goofed! Over and over and do email game with you to fix those problems back and forth. From my point of view, you are responsible to do the comparison yourself and give me the final work when you yourself know that is done 100% right and correct! Experienced epub freelancers only because you must know what you are doing. And Please only bid if your read and understand what you are suppose to do. I pay only if everything is working right !!

I am well experienced in Desktop and e-Publishing fields and have worked on many print and e-publishing jobs. I am familiar with editing and formatting of MS Word documents and subsequently converting them to eBook format. (Note: The following proposal is for the conversion of MS Word document to eBook formats with reflowable content format and not for Fixed Layout Format. All images will be inserted in line with text and hence move along with text. If requirement of eBook is for Fixed Layout Format, you may ignore this bid). The following procedure will be followed for the conversion of your MS Word document to eBook format: - MS Word document including images if any will be formatted as per Amazon e-Publishing guidelines. - Styles will be defined/applied to chapter headings, paragraph headings, paragraphs etc. for an elegant look of the formatted document. - Final MS Word file will be saved as *.docx for enabling conversion to eBook format using open source conversion tool. - Converted ebook format will be validated and further tested using eBook Previewers for proper display and interactivity. - eBooks in the requested formats, generic/iPad format ePub and Kindle format mobi/azw3 will be delivered to you including MS Word document formatted for eBook conversion.
