Hello.
I am a professional transcriptionist, ready to provide you with the smoothest client experience.
Please, let me check your audio and tell me more about your requirements so that I can customize the proposal.
If you are looking for the so-called strict verbatim style, stop wasting time; almost no one even knows what it is.
Strict (or True) Verbatim:
I will accurately represent false starts, re-phrasing, interruptions, overlapping speech, laughs, pace, pauses, etc.
I will capture every nuance of what someone says, including fillers and idiomatic noise (um, uh, stutter, word doubling, mm-hmm, okay, I see, yeah, right, I mean, you know, well, sort of, etc.).
Smooth (or Clean) Verbatim:
I will omit fillers, idiomatic noise, laughs, pace, pauses, and such.
Interruptions and overlapping speech will be represented, but in a simplified way where possible.
I will transcribe false starts and re-phrasing.
"Content" style (also "Business" or "Corporate") aims at keeping the meaning, structure of sentences, and the overall content, as well as improving readability. Idiomatic noise and false starts will be omitted, and so will personal comments and interruptions from the interviewer.
"Abridged" or "Intelligent Transcription" involves editing to "clean up" the text. It looks like a Content transcription, but I'll replace slang and correct sentence structure and grammar where needed.
Prices range from $0.85 to $1.45 per audio minute.
All the best,
J_Ricardo
