I have over 14 years of Customer Service work experience in the BPO industry. Started from an order taking account, to technical support, Customer Service and/or Helpdesk. My last employer was with Thomson Reuters. Handling both Customer service and Technical support. My primary task is to answer incomming calls, identify issue by asking probing questions, reach out to proper support groups to resolve issue or escalate when necessary. Aside from incoming phone calls, we also reach out to clients and internal group via chat and email
