I do have a long and good experience as a Customer Service Representative in a health insurance particularly on claims/billing. I can follow the company's policies and instructions to make and finish my work well done (correctly) like solving or helping out the customers with their concerns. I always did my best to get the customer's good satisfaction with the services that the company provide him/her even it is very hard to resolved their concerns. If I will given a chance to work with your company I'll be glad to start anytime and I don't have any problem with the shifting schedules since I don't have any part time jobs.

I have handled very similar tasks to what you have outlined in your job posting. I was a part of a customer support team that manned the technical support for the night shift. During my work as a customer support agent, I received quite an amount of training that I believe will be of utmost use if you hire me. I know how important customers are and I know how helping them find their way around the site, or helping them take advantage of certain features can lead to sales. My subtle goal is usually to understand customer requirement, at the same time not jeopardizing excellent customer experience for visitors. I'm a very quick learner and so learning about your products and services within a short period will not be much of a tough task. I find it easy to build and maintain rapport with customers.
