I have double experience in recruitment. First, I applied for jobs in different countries. My success rate is 10 applications, 8 invitations turning into 7 positions offered. This means, I apply 10 times and get the job 7 times. This year, I opened my own company. As the CEO, I am involved in the recruitment process, so I know also the other side of it.
