Cross-Compile an application on Ubuntu targeting Windows

Hello Sir, I have Ming32 install and relevant software compile experience, I have checked the source code, it's should no problem to compile it success and generate a binary file for windows. Sir, is you want to let me to compile the program on you Ubuntu target machine? or on my PC, and send the binary file to you once I compile it success?

I think my expertise level for this job should be near 250-300, cause I'm not a developer, but an expirienced sysadmin ;) with rich source compile expirience. To get this job to be done you need to give me remote desktop access to win system with administrator privileges (RDP preffered) and description of "USABLE" binary :)
